Volleyball Recap: Solorio Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Solorio, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They came out on top against the Brooks Eagles by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday. The Sun Warriors haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Solorio didn't let Brooks take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-23.

Solorio now has a winning record of 10-9-4. As for Brooks, they dropped their record down to 6-4 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Solorio will take on Roosevelt at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Brooks, they will head out to take on Chicago Washington at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles are facing the Patriots at the right time seeing as the Patriots are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
