Volleyball Recap: Deep Creek Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Deep Creek lost against Hickory back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Hornets lost 3-0 to the Hawks. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Deep Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Hickory, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Deep Creek will take on rival Great Bridge at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Hickory is set to challenge their familiar foe King's Fork at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
