Basketball Recap: Everett Comes Up Short

Everett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single point away from ending the streak, but they lost a 46-45 heartbreaker at the hands of the Ferndale Golden Eagles. The Seagulls were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Golden Eagles earlier this season, when they won 40-20.

Everett's defeat dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Ferndale, their win bumped their record up to 10-11.

Everett does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ferndale, they will take on Edmonds-Woodway at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
