Basketball Recap: Jackson-Reed Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Jackson-Reed can now relate to. They took a 56-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Georgetown Day Mighty Hoppers. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Mighty Hoppers earlier this season, when they won 52-42.

Jackson-Reed's loss dropped their record down to 17-7. As for Georgetown Day, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-19.

Jackson-Reed does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Georgetown Day, they will square off against Eastern at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.
