Basketball Recap: Goodman-Pembine Comes Up Short

Goodman-Pembine suffered their closest defeat since February 1st on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Lena Wildcats by a score of 46-43. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Goodman-Pembine is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4. As for Lena, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Goodman-Pembine will be home for the holidays to greet Elcho at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lena, they will host Crivitz at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
