After a string of nine wins, Osborne's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Hill City Ringnecks by a score of 2-1. The Bulldogs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Ringnecks earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Peyton Clark paced Osborne's offense, picking up nine kills. Clark got some help from Camrun Taylor and her 23 assists. Finally, Clark was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Osborne's defeat dropped their record down to 16-10. As for Hill City, their win bumped their record up to 6-21.

Coming up, Osborne will challenge Lakeside on Saturday. As for Hill City, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Plainville.
