Volleyball Recap: Sequoyah Finds Playoff Glory Versus Seckinger + How To Watch

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Sequoyah walked away with it. They put the hurt on the Seckinger Jaguars with a sharp 3-0 win on Wednesday. The victory was familiar territory for the Chiefs, who have now won four matchups in a row.

Sequoyah walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 28-26, 25-12.

Jessica White was the offensive standout of the match as she had 13 digs and three aces. What's more, she posted four assists, the most she's had since back in September.

White wasn't the only good servers: Sequoyah was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in four consecutive contests.

Sequoyah's record is now 23-5. As for Seckinger, their defeat ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 26-14.

Coming up, Sequoyah will challenge McIntosh on Saturday. Seckinger does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
