Soccer Recap: Mcconnellsburg's Undefeated Season over After 23 Games

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, McConnellsburg couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell 3-1 to the Lancaster Mennonite Blazers on Tuesday. The loss was McConnellsburg's first of the season.

Their goal came courtesy of Hoyt Glenn, who's now up to 47 this season.

McConnellsburg's loss dropped their record down to 22-1. As for Lancaster Mennonite, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5-2 record this season.

McConnellsburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lancaster Mennonite, they will square off against Our Lady of Lourdes Regional at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
