Butler saw some tournament action on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Diamond Wildcats. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bears.
Tandee Hiser paced Butler's offense, picking up ten kills. Hiser got some help from Kamden Fennewald and her 22 assists. Alex Trudell controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.
Butler's victory bumped their record up to 24-1-2. As for Diamond, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-7.
Butler wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Clinton on the 11th. As for Diamond, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against El Dorado Springs at 5:00 p.m.
