Volleyball Recap: Park City Comes Up Short

Park City and West Field squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Park City had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Longhorns by a score of 3-2. The Miners just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Park City wouldn't go down easily and took West Field into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking seven-point loss. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-11, 25-23, 13-25, 15-8.

Park City's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for West Field, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-18.

Park City does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Field, they have already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Orem on the 7th.
