Volleyball Recap: Marshall Picks Up Sixth Straight Win on the Road

Marshall had won five straight road games and Harlem Castro did her part to make it six on Friday. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Arroyo Knights for which the team can thank Castro, who had eight digs and eight aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last five games she's played.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Marshall was: they took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-12, 25-15.

Marshall's record is now 15-3. As for Arroyo, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 5-11 record.

Looking ahead, Marshall will take on Mesrobian at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Arroyo, they will challenge Gabrielino at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
