Basketball Recap: Lac qui Parle Valley Takes a Loss

Lac qui Parle Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took an 86-78 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg Fighting Saints. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Fighting Saints this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 61-58 back in January.

Lac qui Parle Valley's loss dropped their record down to 10-17. As for Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-13.

Looking ahead, Lac qui Parle Valley will take on MACCRAY at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Lac qui Parle Valley is facing MACCRAY at the right time seeing as MACCRAY is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg, they will square off against New London-Spicer at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
