They never let the West Carteret Patriots get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Swansboro's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 105th, while West Carteret are ranked 249th).

Swansboro's one-goal win came courtesy of Kyleigh David, who's now up to four this season.
