Volleyball Game Preview: St. Francis Sharks vs. Pacific Collegiate Pumas + How To Watch

After both having extra time off, the St. Francis Sharks and the Pacific Collegiate Pumas will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (St. Francis has six straight victories, Pacific Collegiate has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Wednesday, St. Francis had just enough and edged out North Monterey County 3-2.

St. Francis took North Monterey County into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. The final score came out to 26-24, 19-25, 20-25, 25-19, 15-9.

Meanwhile, Pacific Collegiate came up short against Rancho San Juan on Wednesday, falling 3-0.

Pacific Collegiate took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-21, 25-23.

Pacific Collegiate's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for St. Francis, their win bumped their record up to 12-3.
