Marked Tree waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Hillcrest Screamin Eagles with a sharp 24-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won six matchups by eight runs or more so far this season.

Marked Tree's victory bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Hillcrest, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.

Coming up, Marked Tree will square off against East Poinsett County at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Hillcrest, they will venture away from home to challenge Sloan-Hendrix at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
