Maclay never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Jefferson County Tigers with a sharp 15-0 victory. The Marauders haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Jack Koon looked comfortable as he struck out nine batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in February.

At the plate, Maclay got a massive performance out of JR Thompson, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most hits Thompson has posted since back in February. Another player making a difference was Ben Wagnon, who scored two runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Maclay's victory bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Jefferson County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 14 of their last 15 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-17 record this season.
