While Mercersburg Academy's  victory against Hill School wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Mercersburg Academy sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  10-8  win over Hill School  on Saturday. The  victory continues a trend for the Storm in their matchups with the Rams: they've now won four in a row.
 Mercersburg Academy let  Adi Rinker and  Jaz Garnett run wild. Rinker  scored two  runs and  stole three bases while going 2-for-3, while  Garnett  scored three  runs while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances. Rinker also put up a  triple, which was her first of the season. Another player making a difference was  Kamden Jenkins, who  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 1-for-3.
The  win  got Mercersburg Academy back to even at 2-2. As for Hill School, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
 Looking ahead, Mercersburg Academy will be playing at home against Perkiomen School  at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Hill School, they will have a little extra prep time after the  loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Hun at 4:15  p.m.  on April 9.
