Volleyball Recap: Moon Valley Takes a Loss

Moon Valley lost against Thunderbird on April 1st, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Rockets came up short against the Titans, falling 3-0. The Rockets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Moon Valley was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-22, 25-14.

Thunderbird found their leader in sophomore Damon Ramirez, who had ten digs and two aces.

Moon Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Thunderbird, their victory bumped their record up to 9-5.

Moon Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Paradise Honors on the 22nd. As for Thunderbird, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Greenway on the 22nd.
