Basketball Game Preview: Rosamond Roadrunners vs. Arvin Bears + How To Watch

The Rosamond Roadrunners will head out on the road to face off against the Arvin Bears at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Rosamond has given up an average of 55.2 points per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Rosamond saw some tournament action on Tuesday. They took a blow against Eastside, falling 70-28. The defeat continues a trend for the Roadrunners in their meetings with the Lions: they've now lost three in a row.

Despite the loss, Rosamond saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Jaylen Lopez posted 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Marlin Frank, who put up seven points.

Meanwhile, Arvin played a tough contest on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Delano, falling 56-34.

Rosamond's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Arvin, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Rosamond was able to grind out a solid win over Arvin in their previous matchup back in February, winning 54-46. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Roadrunners since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
