Denver City is a perfect 3-0 against Pecos since December of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Mustangs will be playing at home against the Eagles at 7:30 p.m.

Denver City's last matchup with Brownfield could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's matchup two weeks ago. The Mustangs took a blow against the Cubs, falling 55-27. The Mustangs haven't had much luck with the Cubs recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Meanwhile, Pecos was fully in charge on Friday, breezing past McCamey 64-37.

Pecos is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-13 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.5 points over those games. As for Denver City, their loss dropped their record down to 8-6.

Everything came up roses for Denver City against Pecos in their previous matchup back in December of 2017, as the team secured a 79-52 win. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Eagles' Chris Henson, who posted 23 points and six rebounds. Now that he won't be playing on Tuesday, will it be easier for the Mustangs to walk away with another win? There's only one way to find out.
