Crescent came out on top against Morrison on Tuesday thanks in part to Jayda Nethon's efforts. Nethon posted nine points and five rebounds, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. Perhaps even more impressive was her lead-up to Tuesday's game, in which she improved her previous point total for three consecutive games.
Coming up, Nethon and Crescent will face off against Waukomis at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Chiefs will enter the matchup having just beaten Drummond, so the Tigers will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
