Volleyball Recap: Westchester Country Day Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Westchester Country Day was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Greensboro Day School Bengals, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bengals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-14, 25-16.

Westchester Country Day's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Greensboro Day School, their win bumped their record up to 6-9.

Westchester Country Day and Greensboro Day School could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps North Carolina Rankings. The Wildcats (ranked 446th) will meet Calvary Day School (ranked 215th) at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Greensboro Day School will challenge Ravenscroft at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday with a big rank disadvantage (306 vs. 82).
