By Kevin Askeland Apr 21, 2015, 12:16am

JSerra Catholic, Hamilton, Sulphur, Archbishop Moeller and Seton Hall Prep are initial No. 1 regional teams.

With nearly every state now competing in the 2015 high school baseball season, MaxPreps begins its regional baseball rankings for five different regions of the United States.

The ratings are based on the MaxPreps Computer Rankings, which are posted twice a week.

The five regions include the West (California, Hawaii, Alaska, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado), Midwest (North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Nebraska, Kansas), Southwest (Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico), South (Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland), and Northeast (Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, District of Columbia, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine).

Teams are listed with their record (some records may be incomplete) with the computer rating.
