Volleyball Recap: West Memphis Christian Wins Going Away Against Fayette Academy

The West Memphis Christian Black Knights got the win against the Fayette Academy Vikings on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Black Knights.

West Memphis Christian never let Fayette Academy on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-19, 28-26.

West Memphis Christian's victory bumped their record up to 22-3. As for Fayette Academy, their loss was their eighth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-15.

West Memphis Christian will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Shelby County Cougars at 4:00 p.m. on the 13th. As for Fayette Academy, they will venture away from home to face off against Harding Academy at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
