It was a good run, but Graford unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 6-2 to the Poolville Monarchs. The Rabbits were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Monarchs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2018.

Cye Lemley made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and got on base in three of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases. Kamdyn Richardson was another key player, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Graford's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Poolville, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

While Graford had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
