Volleyball Recap: Fremont Wins Going Away Against Taylorsville

Fremont had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Taylorsville Warriors on Tuesday.

Fremont never let Taylorsville on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 26-24, 25-20.

Fremont found their leader in sophomore Korver Lewis, who had nine digs. Spencer Earp also deserves some recognition as he served his first ace of the season.

Fremont's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Taylorsville, their loss dropped their record down to 7-9.

Fremont wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against West Jordan on the 3rd. As for Taylorsville, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Cottonwood on the 4th.
