Softball Recap: Nolan Catholic Takes a Loss

Nolan Catholic fell victim to All S and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 6-0 to the All S Saints. The Vikings' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Nolan Catholic saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Maddie Kapavik, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base. That stolen base marked the first that Kapavik's stolen this season.

Nolan Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nolan Catholic will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Ursuline Academy at 6:00 p.m. on February 18th. All S will also get a bit of a break before their next contest: they'll face off against Legacy Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on February 18th.
