Elgin waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against Varsity Opponent by a score of 51-44. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wildcats also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2015.

Elgin's win bumped their record up to 6-8.

Elgin has already played their next contest, a 69-20 victory against Smithville on the 13th. As for Varsity Opponent, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 64-63 loss against Wake Prep Academy on the 13th.
