Football Game Preview: Randolph Campus Cougars vs. Midwood Hornets

The Randolph Campus Cougars will head out to take on the Midwood Hornets on Saturday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Midwood will square off against a team with plenty of momentum: Randolph Campus extended their winning streak to four on Saturday. The Cougars blew past Yonkers Force [Gorton/Roosevelt/Yonkers Montessori Academy/Yonkers] 33-12. The score was all tied up 6-6 at the break, but the Cougars were the (much) better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, Midwood blew past Cardozo, posting a 35-6 victory. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Hornets' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Randolph Campus' win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Midwood, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
