Softball Recap: West Bridgewater Find Success

It's playoff time, and West Bridgewater had no trouble coming through when it counted. They skirted past the Old Colony RVT Cougars 6-5. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Wildcats as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

The team relied heavily on Brianna LaGrange, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with four stolen bases, one run, and one double. Those four stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Regan Bryant, who went 1-for-3 with three stolen bases, one run, and one double.

West Bridgewater always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .556. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

West Bridgewater's win bumped their record up to 7-15. As for Old Colony RVT, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-11.
