Volleyball Recap: Somerville Find Success

While Somerville didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-19), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They came out on top against the Trinity Tigers by a score of 2-0 on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Yeguas.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-20.

Somerville's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Trinity, their loss was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Somerville will take on International Leadership of Texas Aggieland at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Trinity, they will square off against Non Varsity Opponent at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
