Basketball Recap: Louis E. Dieruff Takes a Loss

Louis E. Dieruff managed to keep up with Emmaus until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Huskies came up short against the Hornets, falling 78-57. The Huskies haven't had much luck with the Hornets recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Louis E. Dieruff's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Emmaus, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-3.

Louis E. Dieruff will take on William Allen in a holiday battle at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday. The Huskies will need to watch out since the Canaries have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Emmaus, they are taking a road trip to face off against Parkland at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
