Football Recap: Forsyth Takes a Loss

Forsyth was the 48-9 winner over Springfield Catholic when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers received a blow on Friday as they fell 50-34 to the Fighting Irish.

Forsyth now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Springfield Catholic, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Forsyth will face off against rival Reeds Spring at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Springfield Catholic is set to challenge their familiar foe Fair Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
