Football Recap: Jonesboro Hurricane vs. Lake Hamilton Wolves
Jonesboro and Lake Hamilton squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Jonesboro had to settle for second. They took a hard 41-27 fall against the Lake Hamilton Wolves. Hayden Barton continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Lake Hamilton, rushing for 221 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.8 yards per carry. That's the most rushing yards Barton has posted since back in September. Another player making a difference was Dylan Murphy, who rushed for 96 yards and a touchdown.
Jonesboro's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Lake Hamilton, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-3.
