Maverick Lanphear Turns in Season-Best Performance

Maverick Lanphear produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Barnsdall to the win on Thursday. Lanphear rushed for 330 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 11.8 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an incredible 84 yards.

For the season, Lanphear has averaged 81.1 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had five rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to 18.

Jaston Terry produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Woodland to the win on Thursday. Terry picked up 112 receiving yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 62 yards.

The victory for Woodland keeps them at an undefeated 7-0. Terry and Woodland will challenge Summit Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Trey Bennett produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Woodland to the win on Thursday. The matchup was his fourth straight with three or more passing touchdowns dating back to last season.
