Wheatland is 4-0 against Warsaw since December of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Wheatland Mules will challenge the Warsaw Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Last Tuesday, Wheatland made easy work of Lakeland and carried off a 58-32 win. Given the Mules' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 117th, while the Vikings are ranked 504th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Warsaw duked it out withClimax Springs on Monday. Warsaw breezed by Climax Springs to the tune of 60-24.

Warsaw's victory bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Wheatland, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-2.

Wheatland strolled past Warsaw when the teams last played back in January of 2023 by a score of 54-38. Will Wheatland repeat their success, or does Warsaw have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
