Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mainland). They put the hurt on the Crescent City Raiders with a sharp 11-1 win on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Buccaneers in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now won three in a row.

Jordan Payne made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in March of 2024. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and one double.
