Baseball Recap: Mulhall-Orlando Takes a Loss

Mulhall-Orlando lost against Pioneer-Pleasant Vale back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mulhall-Orlando Panthers lost 9-1 to the Pioneer-Pleasant Vale Mustangs. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Mulhall-Orlando saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Daegan Pool, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. Pool also hit a double, marking his first of the season.

This is the second loss in a row for Mulhall-Orlando and nudges their season record down to 3-2. As for Pioneer-Pleasant Vale, their win was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Mulhall-Orlando will venture away from home to take on Blair at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pioneer-Pleasant Vale, they will take on Kansas at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
