Football Recap: Massanutten Military Academy Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Massanutten Military Academy's offense. They had to suffer through a 38-0 loss at the hands of the Quantico Warriors. The Colonels lost against the Warriors in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 50-42 score last time.

Quantico found their leader in freshman Henry Davis, who threw for 160 yards and five TDs. Nadav Samish was in the mix too, providing the Warriors with two touchdowns.

Massanutten Military Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Quantico, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Massanutten Military Academy is set to challenge their familiar foe Randolph-Macon Academy at 2:00 p.m. on October 4. Meanwhile, Quantico will take on rival Fishburne Military at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
