Baseball Recap: Mountain Range Comes Up Short

Mountain Range's last matchup with Lakewood could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's matchup on Monday. The Mustangs lost 11-1 to the Tigers.

Noah Espinoza made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Aaron Rebeterano, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Mountain Range now has a losing record of 1-2.

Coming up, Mountain Range will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Loveland at 4:00 p.m. As for Lakewood, they will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against Doherty at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
