Basketball Recap: Kewaskum Takes a Loss

Kewaskum was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss. They took a 39-29 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Plymouth Panthers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-29 back in December of 2024.

Kewaskum's defeat dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Plymouth, their victory bumped their record up to 9-11.

Kewaskum and Plymouth could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Wisconsin Rankings. Kewaskum (ranked 405th) will meet Lomira (ranked 128th) at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Similarly, Plymouth will challenge Kettle Moraine Lutheran at 7:15 p.m. on February 11th down 233 places (236 vs. 3).
