Recap: South Philadelphia Rams vs. Olney Trojans
The South Philadelphia Rams won against the Olney Trojans last Friday with 20 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. South Philadelphia took down Olney 20-6. The victory made it back-to-back wins for South Philadelphia.
Khair Glascow was the offensive standout of the contest as he rushed for 100 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries.
South Philadelphia's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB three times. Leading the way was Hahmir Johnson and his two sacks.
South Philadelphia has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 7-7 record this season. As for Olney, their defeat was their sixth straight at home (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 1-9.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Philadelphia will challenge Abraham Lincoln at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Olney will have plenty of time to ponder what went wrong as they've got a bye scheduled next week. After, they'll take on Martin Luther King at 10:00 a.m. on November 23rd.
