 Southern Fulton put another one in the bag  in Saturday's  first game to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Claysburg-Kimmel Bulldogs as the Southern Fulton Indians made off with  a  9-3 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Southern Fulton also won the last time the pair played  back in May of 2023.

 On Claysburg-Kimmel's side, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Aidan Simpson, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3. Simpson has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive pitching appearances.
 Southern Fulton pushed their record up to 8-0 with that  victory, which was their ninth straight  on the road dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 8.9 runs per game. As for Claysburg-Kimmel, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost three of their last four contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record  this season.
 The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Southern Fulton beat Claysburg-Kimmel by a score of  13-2 later that day.
