Volleyball Recap: Kennedy Falls Despite Big Games from Byanca Aleman and Angelica Razo + How To Watch

Kennedy entered their matchup against Granada Hills Charter on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Cougars lost 3-0 to the Highlanders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Highlanders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-13, 25-16.

Angelica Razo and Byanca Aleman certainly did their best on Monday to avoid the loss. Razo had 11 digs, while Aleman had four digs and three aces.

Kennedy's defeat dropped their record down to 28-9. As for Granada Hills Charter, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 26-18.

Kennedy has already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Triumph Charter on the 27th. As for Granada Hills Charter, after both having extra time off, they and Palisades will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on the 29th.
