Volleyball Recap: Chaparral Wins Going Away Against Clark

Chaparral won the last time they faced Clark and things went their way on Friday too. The Cowboys were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Chargers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cowboys.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-15, 25-18.

Chaparral had a senior duo take command as Jordan Pierce had 15 kills, five digs, and five aces and Adrian Ocampo had 14 kills, six digs, and two blocks. Pierce is on a roll when it comes to kills, as he's now had five or more in each of the last 45 games he's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Ikenasio Tili, who had 24 assists and four digs.

The victory got Chaparral back to even at 9-9. As for Clark, their loss was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-12.
