Softball Recap: Naples Comes Up Short

Naples was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Livonia Bulldogs, falling 10-3.

Naples' loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Livonia, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-7 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Naples will venture away from home to take on South Seneca at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Livonia, they will head out to challenge Wayland-Cohocton at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight.
