Basketball Recap: Spring Lake Comes Up Short

Spring Lake was the 75-62 winner over Ludington when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Lakers took a 55-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Orioles on Thursday.

Spring Lake's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Ludington, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Spring Lake will head out to challenge Union at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Ludington, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 70-43 victory against Orchard View on the 5th.
