Basketball Recap: Lawrence County Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Lawrence County, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They walked away with a 46-38 win over the Columbia Central Lions on Friday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Wildcats as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

The win got Lawrence County back to even at 5-5. As for Columbia Central, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Lawrence County is taking a road trip to face off against Lincoln County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Columbia Central and Blackman will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Blackman will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Columbia Central surely won't give up without a fight.
