Soccer Recap: Chapin Comes Up Short

Chapin lost to El Paso back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Huskies lost 7-0 to the Tigers. The shutout was out of character for Chapin seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in January.

Chapin's loss dropped their record down to 9-6-2. As for El Paso, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-2-1 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Chapin will face off against rival Jefferson at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, El Paso is set to square off against their familiar foe Andress at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
