Tempe Prep waltzed into their match on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They had just enough and edged the Madison Highland Prep Heat out 1-0. For the Knights, this counts as revenge for the 1-0 win the Heat walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.

Tempe Prep's one-goal win came courtesy of Delanie Richardson, who's now up to 19 this season.

Tempe Prep has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 23 goals over those six contests. As for Madison Highland Prep, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4-1.
